The Area Used is 100 m² | A Modern Residence in Germany | Studio House | Tiny House Lover ideas
Dealing with an uneven terrain seems is one of the biggest challenges for many landowners and architects alike. But with an ingenious concept, you can make your residence a secluded yet cozy and friendly home. Following the slope downward the hill, with 2 interesting volumes of the same building, the Studio House in Germany, is a testament to modern architecture, transforming itself from each point of view you look at it. The all black walls and roof you meet while coming from the public side of the house hides the beauty of the design Fabi Architekten came up with.
Adapted to the surrounding environment, this two-volume two-floored residence opens to the nature via big wall-sized glass panels and sliding doors. Don’t be fooled, the residence is still one homogeneous home, but cleverly divided in order to adjust to the rough terrain with little impact to it. The interior is minimalistic and modernly furnished. Variety comes from many pieces of the room, like the two-model staircase or the dining/office table that splits the big open living space in a lounge area and a kitchen. The inhabitants surely enjoy the captivating natural views and the modern living style at the same time.
