Having the time of my life with architecture. My new intern is 3d modeling the structure of the Louise House here, adding layers to my previous digital models and drawings. It's mostly wood framing with 2x4's but also includes some steel structure for a large span towards the rear of the house.
Really humbled when friends recommend my office to recent graduates of architecture for internships. It looks as though I may be doing something right...
QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS!: Should architects begin to document their research, design, construction documenting, and permitting procedures? How important is social media as a means of communication for an emerging practice today?
I mentioned that this is the structure of the Louise House - if you're not familiar with the design of it, here's some context I give -
And I 3d print a model of the project here -

I'm documenting a lot of my architectural process, and trying to articulate what I'm doing with accuracy. I've been more active on Instagram, but am upping my YouTube game lately as well.
Any thoughts, comments, questions, concerns... write me. I'll write back.
